Chinese Characters in .m2v file descriptions?

I suddenly noticed that all my encoded mpeg-2 file have all these weird Chinese characters in their file decription...

Anyone see this before?

Do a disk repair and make sure you have all the latets updates. looks like something may be corrupt.
