China balls!!!!

Hey guys.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a few of these china balls

here's my question...how do I rig a light inside of them??

Do I attach them to a light or what?

the cord is held in place by the metal rods that hold the china ball. when you get it, you'll see what i mean. very easy.

that socket will allow for the daylight flouro lamps and everything?
and is that socket going to work with the specific ball I linked??

yep, they'll work together. the only issue you would have with a flouro lamps is if you have it on a dimmer. the china ball has a thin metal portion that holds it in an expanded state like you see in the picture. that rod system also has a place at the center of the hole where the cord of the socket is tucked/woven to hold the flouro lamp hanging inside the center of the globe.

This is just for the image, this listing is way over priced. You can buy them for a dollar at any hardware store, wal-mart or target. Just run your stinger to this and hang it in the china ball.
