Hello all,
I'm trying to find a copy of Orson Welles' Chimes at Midnight. I've read that it's best to get the Brazilian import, but while browsing Amazon I also saw another version. The import one says it's 105 minutes, while the other says it's 115 minutes. The IMDB page for the film says it's 115 minutes, but if that's right then why all this talk about the Brazilian import? I know we're lacking a slick Criterion package for Chimes, but I want get the best of what's available (even if it means coughing up the $40 for the import).
Anyone have any experience with either DVD?
