Cheerleading Expo

Hey, My Company is Shooting A cheerleading expo. Many Teams Performing, Selling DVDs of all the performances....
theres a Chance to make alot of money...(alot of players, alot of teams, ALOT of sales) anyone do something like this and any advice to maximize our Profit???

Before the event: Push pre-sales and make sure potential customers know your price will increase soon

At the event: Get the announcer to announce that you are shooting the event and take orders. If there is an announcement screen (jumbo-tron, scoreboard, cctv, etc) get a message on there. Hand out flyers so that people who get home and realize they should have ordered a DVD know how to contact you. try to sell videos BEFORE the competitions. Many people only buy if they win, so try to sell videos before people find out they lost!

After the event: If there is any sort of e-mail list of web site where these people tend to go, try to get an ad or something on there reminding them that they can still order a video.
