sry dude, i try to be nice, but that was really pointless, completely uninformative.
I really hate to say it but i think john's nudges are correct. Why dont u take a break posting until u get that dvx, or better yet, dont worry about the dvx, use ur awesome pd150 and post on a board for pd150 users, where ppl will be happy to help u out and see ur vids. It just seems weird u'd want to spend all ur time on a board for dvx users, which u r not.
the dvx is my only camera, now why would i hang out at pd150user.com all day?

no offense nick, but im not sure i see the humor, im serious, everyone knows the pd150 is an amazing camera, and there are many quality site created just for its discussion, which would be much more helpful to someone trying to make movies with that camera anyway

I guess I read your post wrong... I dont know, if you read it with a sarcastic tone, it is kinda funny (But I guess that its just my personality coming out when I read your stuff) Oh well, I guess your right...

You have been told countless times what a great camera the PD150 is and I don't understand why you won't listen. Before the DVX came out it was "the camera" - Why not be thrilled with it? I would have killed to have that camera when it came out. You are very fortunate to have it!
Movies have been made with it (not 28 days later) and shown in movie theaters - That is a big deal.
Use it and learn it and enjoy it! When you get the DVX in the future you will be way ahead of the game because you know how to use a camera. You have one of the best cameras on the market but it will not shoot like the DVX. Learn what you have first!
I have posted these for you before. They are good sites and have tons of info on the awesome PD150.

The problem with younf Danny is that he repeated posts PD150 footage or grabs in the FRAME GRABS section (DVX only) and repeatedly asks the same questions over and over and over. Nothing wrong with not having the DVX, but this is a DVX community, not a 'PD150 community'.

I have no problem with him posting at all. It's an open community - Rock on.
BUT - He's asking questions better asked elsewhere and always wants to know how to make the PD150 shoot like a DVX. I just think most of his questions would be better served at the right places. If he wants to learn his camera, he should learn from the best source that's all.

I find this community a great place for me to learn about using this camera for profesional applications with my filmmaking and business, And although it's great to discuss film with user's, I wouldn't come here if I was shooting with another brand of camera.
I don't have a problem not clicking on a link by someone who keeps asking the same questions.
but I agree with J_Barnes, unless this is changed to a 24p community only,
Note: there's sections for two other camera's at the top of the main page, I understand having them there when it was about speculation on a new rival, now there out, let them move onto there own boards. And I without a doubt am sure there will end up being a new section for the Sony HVR- Z1U.

They "do" delete posts......just not nessisarily Mike's Danny's or whatever name he's using though.....

"I know" they delete posts, read mine again. If there's a problem with danny/mike as johns saying, and he's not coforming to this boards original purpose, than something needs to be said by some one in charge.

I posted a "poll" yesterday, with multiple options for giving an opinion of the fellow in question, yet it was deleted within 20 minutes.
It was in no was abusive, insulting etc, simply to gauge an impression of users opinions.
It was anonymously deleted, yet danny/mike continues.
Sad.
