I just finished my first shoot...It was for a commercial. I haven't actually started editing it yet, but I wanted to give the talent an idea of what it was going to look like so I exported these frames. The biggest problem is the grain, I'm guessing that's because I didn't have enough light getting to the camera's sensors.

A little feedback would really be great!!!

to kill grain, shoot with brighter lights, but keep the lighting ratios the same, and shoot it "bright", like 20 IRE hotter than you think you need. Turn your Knee, to high, and protect the highlights. then in post bring it down. you will be amazed at the results.

Loosk pretty cool. You could easily have said that grain was a creaive decision and I would have believed you. :) It doesn't always have to be bad, and if you reduce Detail and increase Coring, you can eliminate some graininess without changing the lighting.
