That must have took too long.
You should use 16bpc to avoid the gradient ramping

btw, imo i would do something with that shadows cause they are a bit disturbing for me

Lookin good. As mentioned, try working in 16bit to help with the banding issues. Also, try some easing on your keyframes on the plant reveals. You might also consider speeding your tempo of the build quite a bit. The whole thing could build on in a second or two which will help the pacing.
