Cheapest Quick Release adapter and plates?

I want to get a few adapters and pltes to get a universal setup going on my shoots. I figured there may be a cheaper one out there and thought I would see if anyone had come across one. Thanks guys

I was gonna suggest the Manfrotto 577 which is what I use, but it's $20 more than the one you linked.

I use the Manfrotto because it's the same QR plate as my tripod, otherwise what's the point? The whole point is to be able to swap camera between all your rigs without having to change the QR plate.

i would strongly advise AGAINST letting the word "cheapest" lead your decision making when it comes to camera mounts. now if its a matter of $100+ difference, maybe. but if its a discussion of $20-$50 between the "cheapo" and a recognized brand. go with whats proven.
