cheap video light

I am looking to pickup a set of cheap video lights to light up certain parts of a hall (for wedding work). I saw the following link from chessycam. The price is right but need to do a little bit of rewiring to make it work. Also the light bulbs don't last very long. Does anyone have other suggestions?

p.s. I already have a set of lowel tota light, looking to either replace (with cheaper option) or compliment them.
 
I have one 160led light that i put on the camera, but it makes the subject look flat. If I put it off camera, it is not bright enough to light up say 10 feet away. So I am looking for these more powerful and cheap ebay light, but the over heating issues is concerning. The lowel tota light is already very hot.
