Cheap Skateboard Wheel Alternative?

I'm building a dolly using the "angle iron/skate wheel on 4x4 wood" approach. I started out with grand plans to use 16 wheels for a super durable rig, but then realized that was going to cost me something like $50 or 60$ bucks. I've since retooled my design to use only 8 wheels, but I got to wondering if anyone has found a cheaper alternative. I know in the grand scheme of things they aren't ridiculously expensive, but in the name of DIY, there must be something cheaper.

The shipping is where they get you on ebay. That first link they're marked as $0.99, but the shipping is $60. The wheels by themselves aren't all that expensive though- its just when you add in the cost of the bearings for every set. The cheapest I've found them for is $11.00 on Amazon.

I just saw mini skate boards in a 5 Below discount store... They were a couple of bucks. Place like this Might be a place to look.

Hi I made one from a cheap Skateboard , it works but not as smooth as i would like due to the bushs been plastic , spen a bit extra and buy a more expensive board with better wheels.
