Cheap Quick Release Plate for Rail System

Looking for a cheap ($50 or under) quick release base plate for rail systems (15mm) for my opteka CX300 shoulder rig....can anyone recommend any?

I'd go with the Manfrotto as the plate is compatible with a lot of tripods.
