cheap monitor

I'm looking for a very cheap monitor to use with the HVX and steadcam setup. I'm only using it for focus. I have a ikan but it is really a piece of junk and it cost $900 and the life time on the batter is only about 20 minutes so it is staying home. Thanks

Yeah, I bought one of the Lilliput monitors from CoolLCD. For the price, it's good. But if you're accustomed to spending $900 on an ikan then I'm sure you can find something better.

+1 for the Lilliput.
I have one from the original group buy and it still chugs along fine.
Not the best in the world, but will do the job.
I had mine for about $200 shipped to Aus, but that was a while ago...

+1 Lilliput. Bought mine on the board 2nd hand for 125$ The soft sunshade works relatively well too.

I did a bit of a modification on mine with some Velcro... works great now!

+1 on liliput or the coollcd model. Both functioned the same just look a little different. All the adapters and stand you get with this is a plus! I purchased a ikan power adapter for sony L batts but now I see they have their own power solutions.

You can see it in my Avitar on the HaloRig and I use it on my Jib all the time.
