Cheap Light stands

I am currently looking for some low cost but sturdy light stands for use with my Lowel DP and Lowel Omni lights. I don't really want to spend more than $50 per stand and I found some at B&H for $35 each made by Impact.

Has anyone used these or can anyone recommend a cheap alternative.

I have 2 12-footers, an 8-foot and a 3-foot. Got them all fairly cheap (think I only did Buy It Now on one of them) and the stands have been great. I use them with flo's, but they seem like they'd hold a fair about of weight. Much better than the Impacts were. Hope this helps.

I have exact ones and highly recommend it. They are sturdy, not so light or heavy, air cushining works great, very compact and much cheaper than Lowel's own stands.

When using with DP(I use them with Lowel too) please make sure you spread the legs very wide. It tends to tilt due to DP's weight at the full extention. If you have sandbag,or some gaffer tape to fix them on the ground you'll have no problem at all...
