Cheap laptop batteries and chargers?

My laptop (Toshiba A305D-S6848 I believe) is having problems with the battery and charger. The charger doesn't work, I have to twist it, and twirl it WHILE ITS PLUGGED IN for it to register and give me some power to turn it on

The battery doesn't work either so I just took it out. Where do you guys find reasonably price batteries and chargers? because I think Toshiba's are way too expensive

There is no reason to pay exorbitant amounts of money just so a certain brand name has been printed on it. Sometimes, OEM can be the exact same product. Sometimes, it can be a better product.

I buy many different products like this and I can't recollect a single problem.

Just off the top of my head: laptop battery, batteries and chargers for canon cameras, chargers for my dvx batteries, bluetooth earphone, lens hoods to fit canon lenses exactly, step-up ring filter adapters, remote controls, lens caps, lens adapters, intervalometers, etc.
 
I have a question, could the problem be with the charger connecting port in my laptop? Because when I plug in the charger i always have to wiggle it around for a while for it to recognize that its plugged in?!?
