Cheap HMIs

Anyone know about these HMIs :

They seem a little too good to be true, especially since they don't mention anything about ballasts.

I'm looking for an alternative to the (ultra) heavy ballasts we have to use with our 1200w Desisti HMIs.

Thanks for the info.

I love it when they rate HMIs at the equivalent Tungsten wattage. Just a little deceptive.
