I'm buying a new system to edit with Premiere Pro CS3, P2 HD Content. Compositions will last about an hour. I also hope to do some After Effects and some 3D studio MAX
The sistem is basicly:
ASUS PS5 HD Deluxe
Asus Ps5 HD Deluce Board
Core 2 Duo (E6600)
2GB Kingston (Bus800) RAM
100GB 7500 RPM main drive
500GB 7500 rpm drive for clips
And then I ran out of budget, so I'm recycling an old sounblaster live! value which I hope to upgrade once I see the reason to...
And the Graphic card.
A matrox RT.X2 is to rich for my blood right no, though I hope to upgrade to it in the future. So ate Quadro Chips.
My queistin is, which is the ideal game card to get so I can get by? Basically, I don't want to pay for gaming technology that I won't use, but I want to at least be able to get by, using the Cineform Codecs, and at all possible, some Open GL for AFX and 3DMAX.
