I would totally buy one of these if I could find a place that sells them. After getting the Britek HMI, I'm hooked :)
 
I can't figure out that site; it seems like they're listing prices but when I translated it using babelfish it came out as rental prices. Are they selling stuff? If so, how expensive?

I'll send 'em an e-mail and see what I can figure out...
 
I emailed them back in March, to find out the prices. I found out they are, on average, about 50% less than Arri, but are not UL Listed and do not carry a US warranty. Suffice to say, I completely lost interest in them. They are supposedly working on the UL approval, though. Here is the price list they sent me back in March:

I had emailed them also, but it's Sat morning there now...

$2650 for a 1200W WITH Electronic ballast is SWEET!

I might check them out closer, a trip to Beijing might be in order!

I just know that soon a company will offer some sweet HMIs w/electronic ballasts for waaaaay less than Arri, Mole, LTM, and K5600. When that happens, those companies will jump in line with a competitively priced econo-kit and HMIs will become all the rage.

I can't wait! :)
