I need to get something cheap for a little while. Does anyone know of a cheap camcorder that can handle 24p material from a DVX and will be handled well by FCP5 device control? If anyone could give me recommendations on camcorders I would appreciate it.
you can use any camcorder that has a firewire connection. 24 p doesn't matter because it is written as 29.97 frames anyway and pulldowned to 23.97 in final cut pro using advanced pulldown.
