Cheap Camera Door Mount for Car/SUV?

I need to find a cheap, stable camera mount that rests on the window sill of an SUV, so I can mount a very light camera (under 5 pounds) on the door, aiming outward, away from the vehicle. Any cheap, solid solutions for this?

I guess it needs a 1/4 inch mount for the tripod head.

Depends on what you mean by cheap. A CineSaddle BabySaddle would probably work for you.
