Cheap camcorder as deck - as good as DVX playback?

Can someone please confirm that playing back footage recorded on a DVX100 at 60i/30p/24p using Pana MQ tapes on a cheap single chip miniDV camera will provide the same quality as if it was played back from the DVX100.
 
Its all 1 and 0's played back at 3.6mbps. Doesn't get any better or worse than that in the DV Firewire realm.

Yes it will be the same, unless you want a remote? video in, Get a panasonic they have a top loading tape mech. most others (sony/jvc) have bottom loading(annoying)
 
1.) Which of these models efficiently and safely transfers video to (with no
timecoding problems!!) and can be used with FCP 4/5:
A.) Panasonic PV-GS19 (some have said timecoding problems
persist)
B.) Panasonic PV-GS31
C.) Panasonic PV-GS2
