'Cheap' and light 100mm tripod head?

Hello

I have a lovely miller Arrow25 head (a 3KG monster) - and two sets of sticks, Solo for field use and Big Satchlers for studio use - both have 100mm bowl and I move the head to the appropriate legs for the job

The Arrow head is pretty heavy however.

Im after a 'cheap' head as a second to..

-Rent out with my (naked) EX1 and Solo legs
-maybe use for Bcamera (DSLR) or shoots where I have to lug my gear or fly with it

Im also invested in the 501 frotto plate sytem which is under all my cameras/rigs..

Any suggestions - bearing in mind the 100mm bowl size of both of my sets of sticks.

If it's for a lighter rig or B cam, have you considered a 75mm setup?
A Libec LS-55M is dirt cheap and good for 20 pounds.

As I own two sets of legs - actually three if you count my HiHat (and what about jibs I might rent) - but only one head - it has seemed sensible to me to get a second 100mm head unless there is a compelling argument not to..
