Cheap 3 Point Lighting Kits on Ebay

What do you want to do with the light kit, interviews? The one as your example will work but leaves a lot to be desired. An important aspect of good lighting is to put the light where you want it and not where you don't. Umbrellas work and their light is soft and wraps, I've used them many years ago, but they scatter light all over the place and make it very difficult to keep it off the background. You wind up with a scene with little contrast across the subject's face and compared to the background. It looks flat, two-dimensional and boring.

Do a bit of searching for advice here on what works well for interviews.
