Changing Vegas 5 Capture

Hi,
how to change the aspect ratio of Vegas 5 CAPTURE properties to 352x288 instead of 720x576?
Also, could somebody explain step-by-step the best project properties and options for PAL capturing,editing and rendering?
I am sure that such an explanation will be very important and usefull for many Vegas members and users here.

Capture does not alter the data stream from whatever you are capturing from, so the size, aspect ratio, etc is determined by your footage.

To work in PAL, open Project Properties>Video and choose one of the PAL options.

Capture normally.
Set your timeline properties. Edit, Properties, then change the template to what ever you want. Edit and render.

Done.
