I am trying to change the timeline settings from 29.97 to 23.98.
i do not have any clips in the timeline.
i go in the sequence settings window.
i change the editing timebase from 29.97 to 23.98.
i hit ok.
and then the timeline disappears.
and it cannot be brought back up. in the window tab it is unselectable (tranparent).
