Is it possible to change the general frame per second settings when a project is already created ? (since Vegas can do it, I assume Premiere can)
Is so, how ?
Simply create a new sequence within the project with the desired frame rate. Premiere's project file are open ended so you can have multiple frame rates within a single project.
