Changing talent shirt color

Hello everyone,

I really could use some help/advice. I'm an indie filmmaker from New Orleans, and I made a short film:

I'm cutting it down now, and I want the actor's shirt at this scene (lime green): https://youtu.be/0PpRz7ZvOIs?t=12m5s to match the color shirt in the scene before it (black).
It's a little beyond my skill set in After Effects, so, first, I'd like to know if it can be done seamlessly, and, two, if anyone on here could possibly give it a shot!

Thank a lot.

I tried to download the clip use YT Downloader and it failed, so instead I did a couple of Print Screens to grab stills. Keep in mind YouTube video is highly compressed, so not working with ideal source for color work.

In Premiere CC, I used the Change Color effect and picked the green from the shirt. Didn't work so well until I changed "Match colors using" to HUE rather than RGB, then it actually keyed fairly well. From there, I removed Saturation and lowered Lightness (in Change Color) and didn't look too bad on the one scene, but then on next scene the green foliage was changing with the shirt.

Bottom line, sure it's possible, but will likely require masking/rotoscoping to isolate shirt from background. There are a variety of tools to attack this with, Change Color was simply my first attempt.

Thanks
