Changing 'Speed' to more than one clip

So I'm making this picture/video show and each picture is 10 seconds when I put it in but I want it to be shorter than 10 seconds. Do I have do each clip individually to shorten it or is there a way I can do all of them at once?
 
If I'm understanding correctly, all you need to do is go to User Preferences > Editings > Still/Freeze Duration: and change it to be however many seconds you want your still shots to last for.
 
Set a blank sequence in your timeline set desired length, slice every ten seconds (or shorter), perform overwrite of each section with picture.
 
There's a video generator fxplug from ImageFlow FX that allows loading a stack of photos from a file directly into timeline. You then control the timing of all clips at once from the plugin settings
 
Yes you are right though I believe he was interested in changing all the clips durations at once
