changing sd dv to 24p

I dont have FCP5, I only have FCP4, how can i take a finshed dvd Quick time movie of 5 min and change it to a 24p look. Shooting with XL1 & panisonic AG80 (old, yea)
 
this look good, i trid the demo and played with it for about 3 to 4hrs. I really like it. i'll purchase this item this week, nice short cut, not the real thing but very close with the proper lights & reflectors. thanks Shane Rose (aka wonder Dog)
