Changing aspect ratio mid-project?

I created a new project that's 16:9, imported a bunch of footage (4:3 source footage)
Now i decided i'd rather do it in 4:3
Can I easily change the project to 4:3?

Create a new 4:3-Project and import your 16:9-Project into the new one. The Sequence/s from your 16:9-Project is in a Bin in your Project Panel and ready to go!

why can't premiere just let you create a new sequence within the same project
with different resolution or whatever just like you can in AE....

I just wish adobe would make AE an editor too. everything in one place.....
