Changing a 1440X1080 project to 640x360 - deadline in 4 hours

Hi guys,
i need some quick help. i'm just finished a project for a client in 1440x1480 25i
After I finished i was told I had to deliver the movie in 640x360
I don't see how i can change that in the export settings, then i tried to change the resolution in compressor. but when i load the project in compressor i can't change the frame size in "geometry". The "automatic" button is greyed out....
I hope you guys can help me out here.....it's 5 am here in holland and I have no idea what to do

Hoping you can salvage something, as your using compressor do you have FCP 6/7. If you export from there and select custom settings you can bang in that ratio.
 
Thanks fo response guys. I did make the dealine, after 3 hours of searching and thinking about ways to convert the project, I checked compressor once again and all of a sudden found the right preset. So in the end I was looking for a solution for a problem i didn't have :-)
Lesson to be learned: when extremely tired, take some distance and THINK IT TROUGH
anyway, client satisfied, job done, up to the next one!

Still it's weird to me you can't start a project in FCPx with any resolution you want..
