Changing 1080i to 720p??

Ok I have a problem-

I filmed most of my clips in 1080i 60i, however a few of the shots i also got in 720p 60p.. my question is can I change my 1080i footage to fit in the screen so my 720 footage is equal to that in premiere?

I am using adobe premiere cs5..

You can right click on footage in the timeline and select "scale to frame size" and that should scale it up or down to whatever your timeline settings are set to.

I'm not sure if Premiere Pro will convert 29.97i into 60P. You'll need to get a plugin like Twixtor, or ask a post house to do a conversion to have all of those extra frames show up in a 720P timeline.
