chamois eyecup from abelcine DOES NOT fit dvx

fyi,

bought a chamois eyecup for my dvx from abelcine when i ordered my panasonic rain cover (which by the way is a great product,) and none of the chamois eyecups from abel fit the dvx. they sent me the small cinema - no good. i called and they OVERNIGHTED (very cool) 2 large ones - still didn't fit.

just called them and talked to mike and he said NONE of the chamois eyecups they sell fit the dvx.

so there you go....(abel's a great store, though...just not for this product.)

if anyone has one that fits and would like to share where they got it, feel free.

I tried to make the L fit which it would if I could find the right adhesive. Anyone have the answer, I'd really appreciate it? (Thanks for the email and I used super glue and it went very good. I'll just watch it for a few weeks. The rubber eye cup can be replaced if need be as the oval chamois will really show the wear, but at 6 gold dollars...?)
