Ceramic Discharge Metalhalide CMD

The CoolLights CDM fixtures are great. Unlike HMIs, the CDM fixtures can take a tungsten-color bulb in addition to the daylight ones. Be aware that they require a cool down period once turned off before you can restrike, but it's only about 5 minutes.

I've got a CDM 150 and I plan to pick up another as well as at least one CDM 70.

Excellent fixture. Go for it.

cool, and they come already with ballast?

Am I right if I think that 150 watt gives more or less the same brightness as a 650 tungston fresnel?

Yes comes with ballast. All that it comes with is listed on the "Specifications" tab on the CDM 150 product page.
