Century Precision Optics Wide Screen LCD Magnifier for DVX

Hi everyone!

I am interested in hearing people's feedback about the Century Precision Optics VSL-CWS-DVX Wide Screen LCD Magnifier for the DVX.

Is anybody here using it? How well is it working? Is it worth 240$? I was afraid that it would somehow distort the LCD image... while trying to make it more "visible".

I'd really like to learn a bit more about the product and see if it could be a great investment for me, but I do not know any place around here where I could see it in action.

I can only tell about the Widescreen Magnifying Eyepiece with the Sqeeze-Mode and the LA7200G and it is a very good product. No distortion at all. I heard about the LCD magnifier that there are some problems with distortion, but I haven't used it myself...In my opinion the eyepiece is the better choice because it makes focusing easier than the LCD magnifier.
Btw...I'm actually selling my mint eyepiece in the marketplace section of this forum.
 
Thanks for your post Maniero, but I would still be very interested in hearing feedbacks about the Wide Screen LCD Magnifier for DVX.
