Century optics .6: how to?

Is there anything special one needs to know when throwing the century wide adapter on? I got one for an "in case" situation. I know you can't zoom through, but are there any issues with focus as there are for the anamorphic adapter or anything? If I'm shooting with the subject at the edge of the frame, and it has to be in autofocus, ow can i keep it from focusing on the background?

i have both the century optics .6 and the anamorphic for my dvx100b and i have never had a focus problem. you have to be more accurate on the focus ring, but i get crystal clear shots. i shoot most of my shots full wide on the camera no matter what lends adapter i have on, i use my camera placement to get the right shot. i only zoom on the lens when its really needed or when i want to fake a 35mm adapter. you can zoom all the way in and push the camera way back and you can rack the focus, you just lose angle of view but your background will be out of focus.
