Century Optics 16:9 adapter

Hello,

So I am looking into anamorphic for my gh3 and future gh4. Well most of my lenses are 58mm filter size(12-35mm 2.8, voightlanders 17,55mm).
So most adapters I see are for smaller lenses, until I bumped onto the Century Optics 16:9 adapter. Should this work with my lenses?

Or any other good recommendations?
