i used to have the century optics 0.7 lens (stolen with my previous dvx-100a). loved it.
now i need to get another wide angle for my new dvx, and the 0.8 wa "compact" has entered the field. it looks sweet. has anyone used it? it seems to be a basic trade of weight vs. width. the 0.7 - for all it's sweetness - is pretty chunky but does the newby give you enough width? (especially for $500)
the 0.6 is great for the price but i like to leave the wide-angle on for days at a time, and the 0.6 has some zooming/focus issues that make it better for non-zooming purposes.
