The mattebox is very cool, sturdy, functional, and very affordable considering prices of other matteboxes. It has a rotating and another sliding filter stage. However it will not support the Panasonic anamorphic lens. It will support the Century Wide angle and telephoto lenses tho.

The depth of the matte box doesn't seem very deep... or is this just the pictures playing tricks on me? How deep is it from the lip to the filter?
Also, I've seen sites that say the rods are 12mm and some that say 15mm... which is it? Would I be able to moount a follow focus on them as well?

There are currently two versions. The shade of the compact model is about an inch deep and the larger shade on the wide angle model is about 1 1/2 inches deep.
Both are currently available in clamp on and rod versions. Both a light weight, lower cost 12 mm support and larger 15mm rod system are available. The 15mm rods conform to the industry standard and accept accessories like follow-focus drives intended for use on 15mm rod systems.
