Yeah, she can sing, but it's production that bothers me. She had recorded an album with Phil Spector in '95 I think. Not sure if the recordings even exist anymore. Guess I'll just pop Phil's Christmas album in my car while I slam my hand in the door...
 
You can like or dislike but you cannot say she is not good at what she does.(it took 4 year for my girlf to have me admit that)
I still don't like her music. And here in Quebec, were she is from, she gets really bad critics as well. In fact her husband is spending a fortune trying to get us to like her. He won the world but not his hometown and he does not accept that.

I have traveled a lot and that music she does is really everywere. I once felt it as like a curse following me to remote places.ahhah
 
Yeah, its a bit of a different story in Quebec. She was loved there and then once she started recording in English the fans there somewhat turned their back on her and felt betrayed, I remember hearing that she won and award for best french artist in Quebec but the album she won it for was in English, she went up to accept it and everyone starting booing her and eventually she handed it back and said she couldn't accept it. She can sing that for sure.

What I think is super creepy is that her Manager/Husband had been managing her since she was a kid, like 12 years old and he was like 38, and once she became legal age or somewhat near after that they started dating, there is 26 years in age difference, thats kinda creepy to be managing this little girl and than start dating her, you'd think he'd see her as a daughter or something.
