Color Finesse by Synthetic Aperature is a very good tool. It offers secondary CC as well as the ability to do CC in float point, as well a myriad of other features. AE is really good as well. Can't go wrong with levels, color balance, and curves.

For CC of FCP stuff, check out www.siliconcolor.com - not cheap, but very, very powerful.
