CC in FCP?

I posted a question asking about Magic Bullet for CC, but what does everyone who use's/used the CC tool in FCP compared to Magic Bullet think. What gives more options, better results? I'm starting to lean towards the FCP CC tool... Thanks!

You are going to find that if you get canned color correction plugins you are going to hate those projects after you see 50 others with the same look.

One of the main weaknesses of the FCP color correction is it doesn't have any secondary color tools.

If you really want some thing with control use color finesse inside After Effects

FCP doesn't have secondaries? I was under the impression that it did.

That said Color Finesse w/ After Effects (or run it in FCP!) is great. Not as flexible as I would like but it works well and has some high end features. My problem is that I'm so used to channel mixing and composite modes that any tool which actively omits these is rather annoying (my only beef with CF)

i use both to get what i want. I usually correct first then magicbullet it to get better results.

I'm with Spidey on this one. Using the stock Magic Bullet effects can sometimes be generic, but using the 3-Way in FCP can really set your visuals apart from others.

After going back & forth between MB & FCP numerous times and countless hours trying to avhieve a 'look', I ended up going with FCP's cc. MB looked like it added a little noise where FCP removed it, especially in using the 'black' slider.
