Casino Royale first fight...How???

I'm shooting a fight scene that will be bleach bypass in post to achieve this rigid, harsh, sharp look as they did for the first fight scene in Casino Royale. How would I light it? go with the gut feeling or is there a proper way to light if one needs to add a bleach bypass filter in post?

If I remember it correctly (and that the first fight is the bathroom scene), I think you could do it with the levels control if your walls are white and lit brighter than your subject so they blow-out easily without blowing out the actors.

ASC has a (as usual) great article on it; very informative if you're curious as to how they achieved some of the looks they did. Obviously talk of film stocks and uber-lenses aren't directly applicable, but there are certainly parallels in the indie world that you can strive for.
