Cas for Tascam DR-100

Hi Guys.

Mine came in a case which seems adequate.

The problem with this recorder is it seems to be top heavy so, if it falls, you end up breaking the microphone cage and the microphone holder inside of the cage.

I alway install in on a mini-tripod (SLIK) that has a suction cup on the vertical shaft and where possible i get it to stick on so that it is less likely to fall off the stage, e.g. off a stage, off a chair, off a cabinet.

The cheapest way to mount this thing, is to hook it up to a camera strap around the metal bits, then put it round your neck.
