Cartoni Focus head in-stock?

[QuickSloth]

Can anyone recomend a place to get the cartoni focus head only?
Some place that has them in-stock and not located in the great state of CA?
Or, does anyone know when B&H will have them in?
Thanks.

Ar you mainly trying to avoid paying the sales tax? I only had to pay 3% tax at EVS.
