How complicated is car rigging? Let's say I want to mount a 25 lb Arri Amira setup to the outside of a car going 80 mph with sharp turns. What do I need? To hire a car rigging specialist? To rent or buy car rigging gear and do it myself?
I've seen various exterior camera rigging on cars in BTS photos before, but not so much with the interior. How are large cameras rigged inside of small vehicles? As tripods often won't fit, what are the cameras mounted to and how are they secured?
