How can i make car hit in Vegas?

This is a clip of yet another Adobe After Effects trick. The car and the person were shot separately and then spliced together with After Effects.

Using a locked-down camera, you shoot the guy on the street, then you shoot the car going by. In Vegas, you would use two tracks. Put the clip with guy in the lower track and the clip with the car in the upper track. Crop the track with the car so that it's as close around the car as possible, until the car overlaps the guy. Then just use the rest of the car clip, with no crop.

But if i put videos to 2 tracks it appears only one video when i play it
