well i haven't been to europe yet (actually going to paris and prague in november) but if the 12vdc cigarette lighter is the standard there you can get an inverter that runs off the lighter socket.
APC makes a nice interverter, a LOT Of the inverters i have seen look like junk so i got the APC one just to be safe.
