capturing video using log in / out

Two questions.

1. I have a tape with 10 scenes that I would like to capture using vegas 7 advanced capture mode. Can I program seperate in and out points for each scene then hit capture in/out to capture them all?

2. Is there a way to set vegas capture properties to put the camera in stop mode when finished capturing scenes instead of pause mode?

1. From DV? Go into the Capture program, go into Help, and look under Advanced Capturing (the second entry). Tells you everything you want to know.

2. I don't think so.
