Capturing timecode and Clock

Hello, first post here,
Anyway, I wish to make my footage look like CCTV. To do this I want to have the Timecode and Clock over the footage. Is there a way to do this when capturing with premiere?

I'm pretty sure there's a setting in the menu to turn on the date/time stamp but not the timecode.
You could fake the timecode with a plugin like this: http://dve.teletex.ru/index.shtml
