Capturing in Premiere CS3 - uncompressed/ compressed?

I have clips that are only 9 minutes long, yet they are larger than 2gb, I have a lot to capture and am wondering if it's all going to end up on dvd in the end, if I should be capturing compressed or uncompressed?
 
Capture the same as you shot and edit in a Project the same as you shot.

Compress and encode later.
